1. Our Services
Satyadev Electronics provides doorstep repair services for LED TVs, LCD TVs, Smart TVs, and Flat Panel TVs of all brands and models. Services include, but are not limited to, screen and panel repair, sound and speaker repair, power supply and motherboard repair, and general diagnostics.
2. Booking & Appointments
- Requests submitted through our website, phone, or WhatsApp are treated as service enquiries, not confirmed appointments, until acknowledged by our team.
- We aim to offer same-day visits wherever possible, but exact timing may vary based on location, technician availability, and workload.
- Please ensure someone is available at the given address during the scheduled visit window. Repeated unavailability may require rescheduling.
3. Diagnosis & Pricing
- Our technician will inspect your TV and provide a clear quote before beginning any repair work.
- No repair work will be carried out without your verbal or written confirmation of the quoted price.
- In some cases, additional faults may only become apparent once the repair begins. If this happens, we will inform you and seek your approval before proceeding further.
- Final pricing may vary based on the exact model, extent of damage, and parts required, as communicated by the technician at the time of inspection.
4. Spare Parts
We use genuine spare parts wherever possible. If a genuine part is unavailable for a particular model, we will inform you of the available alternative before proceeding, along with any difference in cost or warranty terms.
5. Service Warranty
- Repairs carried out by Satyadev Electronics carry a 90-day service warranty from the date of repair, covering the specific fault that was repaired and the part replaced.
- This warranty does not cover new, unrelated faults, physical damage occurring after the repair, liquid damage, electrical surges, or damage caused by unauthorised repair attempts by a third party after our service.
- To claim warranty service, please contact us with your original service details (name, phone number, and approximate date of service).
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Please provide accurate contact details and a correct address to avoid delays in service.
- Please ensure safe and reasonable access to the TV for inspection and repair.
- Any pre-existing damage, missing accessories, or unrelated issues should be pointed out to the technician before work begins.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a booked appointment by contacting us via phone or WhatsApp. We appreciate as much advance notice as possible so we can allocate our technicians efficiently.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we take great care with every repair, Satyadev Electronics shall not be held liable for pre-existing conditions of the device unrelated to the reported issue, data or content stored on smart TVs, or delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control (such as parts availability, traffic, or weather).
9. Website Use
This website and its content (text, design, graphics, and icons) are the property of Satyadev Electronics unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
